Park Place offers an unsurpassed menu of on-site amenities including a full-service dining facility, corporate conference centers, and newly renovated common areas for all your event needs.

The conference centers provide a convenient way to host corporate presentations, seminars and symposiums. Amenities include flexible seating arrangements, complimentary WiFi, state-of-the-art AV and rear projection screens.

Unique common areas include quiet courtyards with contemporary water features and lush landscape to large dramatic settings ideal for galas, charity events and weddings.

Park Place is also a proud partner with celebrity chef, Joachim Spichal’s Patina Restaurant Group offering exceptional cuisine and impeccable service for any event.

Park Place is centrally located to San Diego Creek Trail, Harvard Trail and Peter’s Canyon Trails for open running hiking and biking.

Valet service is available on the Plaza Deck Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm.

Executive One Car Wash is conveniently located in Parking Structure 2 for drop off and pick up of your car for washing and detailing services.

An Irvine Company development, The Park Place apartments are perfectly positioned at the center of it all-within close walking distance to retail and dining destinations and the Park Place office campus.

A Sares-Regis Group development. The Royce offers premier luxury apartments on the Park Place campus.

Park Place supports electric vehicle use by providing electric charging stations on campus.

Plaza Deck/Fountain Court

Our newly renovated Plaza Deck’s expansive outdoor area is surrounded by Park Place’s architecturally-inspired buildings and lush landscaping. The Fountain Court’s modern courtyard setting featuring a serene and contemporary water fountain are sure to inspire your next event. These unique outdoor spaces are ideal for large-scale galas, corporate events and weddings.

Atrium 1 & 2

Dramatic lobby setting, floor-to-ceiling windows and lush bamboo trees provide an innovative environment for a corporate event or cocktail mixer. The lobbies feature a variety of collaborative seating areas, upscale coffee bar and complimentary WiFi.

Conference Centers

The Palm Conference Center features cinema-style seating and a spacious foyer to elevate any corporate seminar, live performance or film screening. The Sage and Olive Conference Centers provide a convenient way to host corporate presentations, symposiums and meetings. Amenities include state-of-the-art AV, flexible seating arrangements and complimentary WiFi.

Market Café

The Market Café by Patina is located in the Concourse offering seasonal, freshly made items for breakfast, lunch and snacks from six culinary experiences. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available and flexible seating will accommodate large or small groups. Patina Catering offers innovative cuisine and award winning service while providing creative menu development, budget flexibility and logistical planning to all events at Park Place. Their experienced team of chefs and event coordinators deliver exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. From a corporate cocktail party or conference to charity galas and wedding receptions to fashion and film premieres. Patina’s most recent events include the Emmys, the Hollywood Reporter’s Pre-Oscar Party and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Gala to name just a few. Parking

Park Place offers abundant covered self-parking and valet services for any event. A convenient car wash service is accessible in Parking Structure 2 and Parking Structure 5 during business hours. For further information on the parking or valet service, please contact Staci Miller– 949-428-8900.

Flexible Workspace by Hana

With private offices, on-demand meeting rooms and coworking space, Hana at Park Place is the perfect venue for large-scale (and smaller-scale) events — and spillover space to host out-of-town teams and clients. Hana’s meeting and conference rooms are available to reserve by the hour, day, week, or month and range from private lounges to pitch rooms and training rooms that fit up to 50+ people. These rooms come equipped with Zoom video conferencing and screen sharing. Hana also offers a complimentary café and gourmet catering orders for groups of six or more.
